Cho returns to Hogwarts for the final battle against Voldemort after receiving a message from Neville Longbottom via the fake galleons Hermione charmed for D.A. communications. She offers to take Harry to Ravenclaw Tower to show him a replica of Ravenclaw's lost diadem (a possible Horcrux) but is thwarted by Ginny Weasley, who volunteers Luna Lovegood in Cho's stead. Cho is disappointed by this.
Cho will have graduated at the end of the previous book, so while it is possible she will be mentioned, it is unlikely much will be learned about has happened to her. It is possible [[../../Characters/Lord Voldemort|Voldemort]] will attempt to use her against Harry, but that is improbable; Voldemort does not often work from outdated information.
