After the second task in The Triwizard Tournament, in Potion's Class, he and his cronies toss a [[Muggles' Guide to Harry Potter/Magic/Witch Weekly|Witch Weekly]] newspaper to Hermione and after Snape sees the magazine, he picks it up and reads it, making Draco laugh at Harry and Hermione.
