Dumbledore was surrounded by faithful HogwartsHgwarts staff and loyal Order of the Phoenix members. Dumbledore is on friendly terms with all the staff of Hogwarts, and takes a personal interest in how they are getting along. He seems to be aware of nearly everything that is happening in the school, including developing issues which he acts to defray before they become critical – for instance, he seems to know about Umbridge's plan to dismiss Professor Trelawney, and has arranged for a replacement even as Umbridge is trying to expel Trelawney from the school. However, with possibly a few exceptions, Dumbledore reveals very little of himself to the staff of Hogwarts.
