I understand I'm not really in much use in content-terms, but I can definitely try and help around when it comes to administrative action against spammers/vandals. I have administrator rights here to tackle on the 300+ empty pages here. To be fair to the Vietnamese WB community, I will hold a re-election if I should be elected or not, and it is up to you guys to figure that out.
